What I do:
I write and modify programs to receive and interpret satellite imagery. The imagery shows sea surface temperature. I also manage the computer systems in the COOL Room.

What do I like best about my job?
I like the fact that no satellite image is ever the same. I can just sit and stare at an image for hours. I can alter the image, enhance it, zoom in or shape it into something beautiful. It's NEVER boring.
