What I do:
I make sure that all of the equipment that we use in the ocean is ready to go. I also go out on boats for a few weeks a year to find out what kind of phytoplankton are in our oceans. I am working on using robot gliders to look at the ocean to learn more about it.

What do I like best about my job?
Every day is different. I enjoy learning how everything works, from our instruments to the ocean. I really enjoy working with the other people here.
